Privacy isn't a compliance checkbox for us — it's the product. People contact us precisely because they need discretion, so we hold your information to the standard of a licensed investigative agency, not a marketing website.

What we collect

What you send us: the information you enter in the confidential request form — your name, contact details, contact-safety preferences, and the details of your situation, including any photo you attach.
Basic technical data: our hosting provider logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers or sell analytics data.

How we use it

To contact you for your free consultation — in the manner you told us is safe.
To evaluate, plan, and conduct an investigation you engage us for.
To meet the record-keeping obligations of a licensed Florida private investigation agency.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. To anyone. Ever.
We never disclose that you contacted us — to the person you asked about or anyone else — except as required by law or with your consent.
We never send marketing you didn't ask for. Reaching out about your own request is the only contact you'll get.

How it's protected

Form submissions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and delivered only to the licensed investigator handling intake. Case materials are stored under the confidentiality practices required of our agency license.

Retention and deletion

If you submit a request and don't move forward, you can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing john@hubbardinvestigations.com — no questions asked. Records of engaged cases are retained as required by Florida law and our professional obligations.

Third-party services

This site is hosted by a commercial hosting provider, and fonts are served by Google Fonts; these providers process basic technical data to deliver the site. Payments, when you approve a package, are processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
