1. Who we are

Catch That Ass™ ("we," "us") is a brand of Maranatha Global Investigations, LLC, a lead-generation and referral service. Maranatha is not itself a private investigation agency. Any investigative work arising from a request is conducted by a licensed investigative agency in the jurisdiction where the services are performed; in Florida, investigations are handled by Hubbard Investigations, LLC, a licensed Florida private investigation agency (License #A1200250). All investigative work is performed by, or under the direct supervision of, licensed investigators in compliance with applicable state and federal law, including, in Florida, Chapter 493, Florida Statutes.

2. What submitting a request means

Submitting a request through this website is not a purchase and creates no obligation on your part or ours. It requests a free, confidential consultation. An engagement begins only when (a) you and your investigator agree on a package and scope after the consultation, and (b) payment is made. We may decline any case at our sole discretion.

3. Fees and refunds

Package prices are quoted before you commit. Nothing is billed through this website.
Once an investigation is scheduled, investigator time, equipment, and resources are committed. All fees are therefore non-refundable, regardless of the findings or absence of findings.
Additional hours, locations, or services beyond the agreed package are billed only with your prior approval.

4. No guaranteed outcome

We guarantee professional effort, not a particular result. Surveillance documents what occurs during the contracted period. If the subject engages in no observable activity during that window, the resulting documentation of that fact is the deliverable. We will never manufacture, exaggerate, or slant findings — in either direction.

5. Lawful purpose only

You represent that your request is for a lawful personal purpose, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are 18 years of age or older. We refuse and will terminate, without refund, any engagement that we determine is intended to harass, stalk, intimidate, or locate a person in violation of a court order, or that would place any person in reasonable fear for their safety. Where required by law, we cooperate with law enforcement.

6. How evidence is gathered

All evidence is gathered by lawful means: physical surveillance from places we are entitled to be, publicly available information, public records, and licensed investigative databases. We do not wiretap, intercept private communications, access accounts or devices without authorization, or trespass. This is what makes our findings usable if you ever need them in a legal proceeding.

7. Records research and the FCRA

Any records research included in a package is compiled from public records and licensed investigative databases for personal, informational use only. Our findings are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and may not be used in whole or in part for decisions regarding employment, tenancy, credit, insurance, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA. We do not access credit reports or banking information.

8. Confidentiality

Your identity, your communications with us, and the existence of your case are kept confidential, disclosed only as required by law or with your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

9. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, truthful information. Investigations built on inaccurate information waste your contracted hours.
Do not interfere with an active investigation (e.g., confronting the subject, following them yourself, or telling others).
Use findings lawfully. How you use the information we deliver is your responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Maranatha Global Investigations, LLC and Hubbard Investigations, LLC arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the findings.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute lies in the state courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
